Getting Here
Where is The Pocket?
We’re at 130 West 46th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues, in the heart of midtown Manhattan. For the Times Square experience, take the 1, 2, 3, 7, A, C, E, N, Q, R, or W trains to 42nd St. For the closest station (and to avoid the crowds), take the B, D, F, or M to 47th–50th Rockefeller Center and leave at the south entrance.
Is the venue accessible?
You can get to The Pocket without any stairs. For accessible entry, come in through the main lobby of The Muse Hotel and take the guest elevators down to the lower level.
What time do shows start?
Showtimes are typically 5:30pm, though times can shift from night to night, so always check the specific show page when you book.
What if I’m running late?
Don’t worry, we’ll seat latecomers between songs, at our discretion, so the music isn’t interrupted for the room.
Seating
How does seating work?
Seating is first come, first served, so we encourage you to arrive early, settle in, and have dinner before the music starts. One person from your party can hold a table, but the best seats go to those who come early.
Can I reserve a specific table?
VIP tables are held until 30 minutes before showtime.
The show I want is sold out, should I still come?
Yes. Walk-ups are encouraged. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean seats often open up at the door.

House policies
Is there a dress code?
There’s something about a great night of jazz that makes you want to dress for it. We don’t enforce a strict dress code, but we encourage you to lean in: a blazer, a great pair of shoes, the bag you’ve been waiting to wear. Come as the version of yourself who’s making a night of it.

We don’t have an age policy but we do have a quiet policy. Quiet folks of all ages are welcome, but if they’re going to be disrupting the music, we will ask them to leave no matter their age.
Do you have a quiet policy?
